This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information provided to us through our website and service engagements. 2. Data We Collect

2.1 Personal Information: Full name, job title, and department; National ID or passport number (where required for contracts); Email address and phone numbers; Physical and postal address.

2.2 Corporate Information: Company name and URSB registration number; Industry sector and company size; Budget ranges and project descriptions; Procurement and compliance documents.

2.3 Financial Information: Bank account details and mobile money numbers (FinTech division only); Transaction histories via Fundred Pay; Credit assessment data via Fundred Capital.

2.4 Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information; Website usage data and cookies; session activity.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To deliver Construction, Consultancy, or FinTech services you have engaged us for
• To process registrations, bookings, and service inquiries
• To communicate service updates, invoices, and project progress
• To conduct credit assessments and process financial transactions (FinTech division)
• To comply with PPDA, URSB, Bank of Uganda, and other regulatory obligations
• To improve our services through internal analytics
• To send marketing communications where you have given consent

4. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contractual necessity: to fulfil a service agreement with you
• Legal obligation: compliance with Ugandan and East African regulations
• Legitimate interest: improving our services and preventing fraud
• Consent: for marketing communications and cookies (you may withdraw at any time)

5. Data Sharing

Fundred Technologies does NOT sell your personal data. We may share data with regulatory bodies (URSB, PPDA, Bank of Uganda, URA) where legally required; service partners directly involved in your engagement; technology providers under binding data processing agreements; and legal and financial advisors under strict confidentiality obligations.

6. Data Retention

• Client records: retained for 7 years after contract completion
• Financial transaction data: retained for 10 years as required by Bank of Uganda
• Website data: retained for 2 years from last activity
• Marketing consent records: retained until consent is withdrawn

7. Your Rights

Under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019, you have the right to access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, and complaint to Uganda's Personal Data Protection Office (PDPO). To exercise any of these rights, contact: fundredtecn@gmail.com

8. Data Security

Fundred implements SSL/TLS encryption on all web transmissions; rigorous access controls; regular security audits and vulnerability assessments; and staff data protection training and confidentiality agreements.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fundred Technologies Ltd's website and all services offered across our Construction, Consultancy, and Financial Technology divisions. By engaging our services or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Fundred", "we", "our", "us" in Fundred Technologies Ltd, registered in Uganda
• "Client", "you", "your" in any individual, company, or organisation engaging Fundred's services
• "Services" in all Construction, Consultancy, and FinTech services provided by Fundred
• "Agreement" in the specific service contract signed between Fundred and the Client

2. Services Offered

Construction Division: Fundred Build, Fundred Fit-Out, and Fundred Infrastructure services are governed by individual project contracts. All construction work complies with Uganda's Building Control Act 2013 and National Building Standards.

Consultancy Division: Fundred Advisory, Fundred Compliance, and Fundred Project Management services are delivered under signed engagement letters. Advisory outputs are professional opinions and do not constitute legal or financial advice unless explicitly stated.

Financial Technology Division: Fundred Pay, Fundred Capital, and Fundred Analytics are subject to Bank of Uganda regulations and applicable financial services laws.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information throughout the engagement
• Notify Fundred immediately of any changes to your contact, corporate, or financial details
• Pay all invoices within agreed payment terms as specified in your service contract
• Obtain all necessary permits, approvals, and consents required for your project prior to commencement
• Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities through Fundred's platform or services

4. Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Uganda Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated in the service contract
• Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon contract signing, 50% upon project completion
• Late payments attract an interest charge of 2% per month on outstanding balances after 30 days
• Fundred reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding invoices exceeding 60 days
• VAT and applicable taxes are charged in addition to quoted fees in compliance with URA

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Fundred until full payment is received. Upon receipt of final payment, intellectual property rights transfer to the client as specified in the service contract. Fundred retains the right to reference completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, financial data, and project details exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for a period of three (3) years.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Fundred Technologies' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific service in dispute in the preceding 12 months. Fundred shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fundred Technologies from any claims arising from the client's breach of these Terms.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice
• Fundred may terminate immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or fraudulent activity
• Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date

9. Dispute Resolution

• Negotiation: Good faith discussions within 14 days of written notice of dispute
• Mediation: Through the Uganda Arbitration Centre within 30 days
• Arbitration: Binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap 4 of Uganda
• Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda

10. Amendments

Fundred Technologies reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and clients will be notified via email at least 14 days before changes take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, including the Companies Act 2012, the Contract Act Cap 73, Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019, the Bank of Uganda Act, and the Building Control Act 2013.
